POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Items are sent either by TNT, Tuffnells, FastWay or Royal Mail. We aim to have your order with you within 3 working days (in many cases next day) however we would advice that you check at the point of ordering for more accurate lead times. Most cycles require some basic assembly upon delivery (The smaller we can pack them the less chance of damage). Next day Delivery is only on items in stock and orders can take up to 7 working days. We will email you with order confirmation once your order has been processed.

All items will be charged at £3.95 to £14.95 for delivery to Mainland UK (For Northern Ireland + Scottish Island etc.. please check before delivery on costs and delivery times). Items marked with 'Free Delivery' is only applicable for orders to a UK Mainland Address. Other Addresses out of these terms may incur a Delivery surcharge - Please check before ordering your items for more details on Overwater Shipping Rates.

For overseas sales enquiries please e-mail your shipping address to ourselves and we will e-mail a quote on shipping costs. Overseas shipping can take up to 21 days.

We ask that you visual check the parcel when signing for the delivery and any noticeable damage to the box carton please sign as 'damaged delivery' as this makes it easier to clear up with the courier, We also ask that you check all orders within 7 days of receipt as claims for Delivery Damage cannot be accepted after this time has passed.

RETURNS

We are required to operate in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor, such as e-commerce transaction or telephone transaction. In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

You must additionally contact us in writing (either by letter or email) to inform us of your decision to return your order prior to sending it to us.

At Fulford cycles Ltd we pride ourselves on our superb customer service and here is a typical example of our commitment to you, our customer.

If you make a purchase from Fulford cycles Ltd and upon receipt of the goods decide you have the wrong size, you don't like the colour, or you've just changed your mind, you can have a replacement or a full refund...your choice. So here's the deal. If you buy something from us and later decide you made a mistake, it's simple. Return the goods, unused, in the original packaging and within ten days for a full refund or replacement. Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges. DVD's, Videos or food products must have the original seals intact for obvious reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Goods - In the event of you receiving goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges.

When we have processed the returned goods and your card has been credited, we will confirm this via email.

When returning goods we advise you to return products by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

The Fulford cycles Ltd returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry's distance selling regulation.

Please note we stress that the goods must be returned unused and complete with original packaging. Safe return is the resposibility of the customer.
